Entry at 7118 Bella Rose is about 4,244 square feet, including guest quarters. It utilizes butted glass windows to provide pool and hillside views. Entry at Bella Glade features Italian country design with hand-scraped wood floors on about 2,858 square feet. The Parade of Homes comes early to San Antonio this year!
Visitors must purchase a new ticket if re-entry exceeds more than two homes. Visitors will need to purchase a new ticket for any lost ticket. Tickets are $15 each, no discounts for children or seniors. Children 12 years and older are required to have a ticket. You can purchase ticketsthrough this website, at Security State Bank & Trust locations in Marble Falls or Fredericksurg, or at your 1st starter Parade house. We do not release the map or addresses earlier because the contractors are working hard to finish the homes.

Sharing our Modern Hill Country designs from Boerne to New Braunfels, whether it’s your first home to your forever home we’re honored to share our family’s journey to every homeowner’s new adventure. Three bedrooms and three full baths are located on one end of the one-story home and the master suite and spa bath are at the opposite end. A full outdoor cooking center flanks the spa and pool.
The 2022 Hill Country Parade of Homes is for everyone looking for inspiration on the latest building trends. The annual event features new homes full of the extraordinary. House No. 8 features a dining room with a unique designed ceiling, hardwoods and natural light. The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances and a large walk-in pantry, while the reading area has a three-sided open fireplace and a custom wine grotto.
The spiral staircase of home No. 4 curves near several floor to ceiling windows and is topped with a chandelier. Guests tour the circular master bathroom of house No. 4. The creamy, full-fat latte colored living room of house No. 3 by builder Uptmore Custom Homes.
An added Mother Nature feature includes a small prickly pear cactus growing on a branch of a backyard live oak tree. Entry at 7102 Bella Rose features Old World Italian design in about 3,984 square feet. Builder Mike Holloway said the high ceilings “make the house lighter and more airy, but also make it more expensive to build. Clean lines of cherry wood cabinets are surrounded by wood floors and wood beams throughout. Pocket doors that recede into the walls create an open entertainment/music area that easily melds with the adjoining covered terraces that overlook the patio and pool.
The master bedroom has an attached sitting room, and the master bath is flanked by a huge walk-in closet and an exercise room. Debbie Sauer, for whom the house was designed, said she is as eager to move in. Her husband, who jokes that he is just as eager to sell it, describes it as “a traditional home with an English-French country kitchen” and brick arches. All of the home’s audio and visual equipment is controlled via an iPad, Wilson said.
This lack of connection inspired our design for the vision of the 2021 Parade Home. We’ve mixed our clean lines with beautiful natural elements of stone and cedar, nestled on an oak filled property. Journey Homes is truly excited to share the beginning of our Estate Series; the intersection of the road so far and the Journey that is yet to come.
