From day one my dad has been looked after very well, the staff are very encouraging and caring. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

I always feel welcome and I am given a cup of tea and offered cake. He is very happy at Whitecliff, he always seems busy and engrossed in an activity when I am there.... They even take each 'client' out on trips one to one for special trips for them, eg., my husband was taken to a jazz night. Our goal is to provide the highest standards of care while working in accordance with the needs of our clients. Minibus trips every other day, visiting entertainment, individual occupation, encouragement to get involved in the day to day running of the home.
