By the end of the day, we loaded up our space and found that the design actually gave us additional room than we anticipated. Again, I read all the reviews with an open mind and I must say that there was not one moment of the process that I could say anything negative! I highly recommend this company and love how they made this process so simple!
But last July 26, 2023 we experienced a nightmare with closet by design. According to the misleading warranty letter, they do not deliver what they promise. The philosophy of this company is that they are not responsible for the mistakes made by the entire work team. As a result, I do not recommend my community carry out projects with Closet by design.
